- Assisted eight to twelve potential debtors daily in determining their ability to file consumer bankruptcy cases - Assisted debtors in completing bankruptcy forms, including entire Voluntary Petition and Means Test- Assisted in addressing potential debtor’s questions by outlining the debtor’s financial situation for the supervising attorney

- Conducted reviews of approximately fifty debtor files per week in search of possible grounds to support a Motion To Dismiss - Wrote and submitted a Motion for Summary Judgment and accompanying brief to the local Circuit Court- Wrote and filed approximately five Motions to Dismiss with the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan- Accompanied Trustee to section 341 meeting of creditors and Chapter 13 confirmation hearings, assisting him with the retrieval of debtor history and plan information using Pacer and ECF software programs
