La Unidad Latina equips high-achieving men from underrepresented communities to realize their full potential and make a difference in their community through leadership, brotherhood, educational excellence, and community service. I am directly responsible for recruiting 10+ interests every semester to ensure the sustainability of the chapter. I am also responsible for setting up and running all recruitment events (e.g. tabling), hosting 2 informational sessions a semester, and ensuring that all current members maintain active contact with interested gentlemen.
