I have been in the hospitality industry since I was eighteen years old. I started as a Server's Assistant at Pèppoli, located in the world renowned Pebble Beach, California. During my years there, I observed and executed what was expected and wanted when it came to the world of fine dinning. As I received the proper training and practice, I felt ready to take the lead in service. I became a server at Paluca Trattoria, which is an Italian seafood bistro located in the heart of Monterey, California. While employed there, I also became a Banquet Server at The Lodge at Pebble Beach, California where I worked with many like-minded individuals who had a passion in making the clients experiences a once in a life time experience, every time.As much as I loved my employers, co-workers, positions, and the area of Monterey/Pebble Beach; I felt I wanted to move to Los Angeles to live in a bigger city and explore. This is when I decided to return to college and received my Associate's Degree in Business Administration at Monterey Peninsula College. I proceeded to graduate with honors while continuing to work at The lodge and Paluca Trattoria. Upon completing community college, I moved to Los Angeles and I am currently working at The Beverly Hills Hotel as a Banquet Server. I was accepted at the four universities that I applied to and decided to attend CSU Northridge and major in Economics. After a semester, I became aware that I was not passionate about it so I decided to take a step back and really find what I am passionate about.
