Duties included: Instruct technical skills on the water, and conditioning on land; aid in team management at daily practices and at competitions; create daily practice plans for an assigned squad.

The transition program teaches individuals with learning and cognitive disabilities independent living skills. My duties as the mentor and volunteer coordinator consisted of: Recruiting new members, teaching orientations, scheduling volunteers and mentors, tracking attendance and payment, aiding in the planning of program content, and ensuring all members stayed in compliance with Leon County Schools volunteer policies.
