My team also handles individual training with active customers on advanced topics in our software. We also hold consultations with customers to review and adjust their business practices to better align with our software. My team is also responsible for the onboarding and training of new Implementation employees. My team is currently working on creating a new training track so that the trainings better align with our customer's industry. We are also working on recording new training videos with the newly released User Interface and Logos. I also manage a popular training webinar that covers new functions and features as well as advanced topics that customers frequently asked about. The webinar has been so successful that I have been asked to double the amount of webinars so that we're now presenting webinars twice a month.
