Senior Finance Director for the UK Planning, Advisory and Local Government Business Unit Group.

A senior leadership role responsible for leading the Finance function during transition, mobilisation and operating the Global Novartis Account. Operating in 61 countries, the partnership covers all aspects of Real Estate advisory, Facilities Management and Capital Projects across Office, Lab and Manufacturing facilities. As a fully integrated account, it is one of the largest and most ambitious partnerships in the Real Estate industry.

Responsible for developing the Division's strategy, including a clear growth agenda for new wins, lines of business and scope expansion. Ensuring we attract and develop the best talent and deliver exceptional client outcomes and sustainable, profitable growth.

Responsible for the EMEA region of the GE account, c. $45m across 120 sites in 25 countries. Leading the financial delivery and client relationship. Delivered monthly site by site financial analysis, cost savings and other contractual reporting and the account specific support functions including a dedicated AP team and cash management.

Responsible for integrating the Country Financial Services (CFS) function of JCI Global Workplace Solutions into the CBRE legal entities, following the $2bn acquisition in 2015. The scope of the integration covered all countries in EMEA.

The Healthcare and Life Sciences Business Unit delivers facilities management to some of the UK's best and well known hospitals including Great Ormond Street, Guy's and St. Thomas', King's College and Chelsea and Westminster.

Norland acquired Reliance Facilities Management Ltd in 2012. My role as Management Accountant was to assist with the novation of contracts and winding down the acquired trading entity.

The 3 year training contract involved working with a wide range of business sectors from manufacturing to media. As an Audit Senior, the statutory work I carried out included audits, accounts preparation and tax computations.

Prior to my final year at University, I was part of the Summer Internship programme in the Corporate Finance department of Landsbanki, working on live M&A transactions.
