- Ensure alignment of front- and back-of-house functions to maximize operational efficiency, enhance guest satisfaction, and achieve financial targets.
- Lead initiatives for labor productivity and scheduling optimization, focusing on cost control and resource management.
- Champion exceptional service standards to minimize comps, focusing on proactive guest interaction and hospitality-driven shift management.
