As Director of Hoare Lea's award-winning Lighting Design team, I have over 20 years of practice experience and a portfolio of incredible projects that combine art and science to create beautiful spaces and innovative environments. I lead a vastly experienced team that offers a unique set of services that cover all facets of lighting in the built environment, from lighting impact, sustainable lighting design and daylightingMy mission is to create lighting experiences that are designed for people whilst also supporting our delicate planet and ecology. I have worked on projects across various sectors and scales and I have contributed to the development of industry standards and best practices, such as the CIBSE Lighting Handbook and TM65.2 Embodied carbon in building services: lighting. I am passionate about advancing the field of lighting design and sharing my knowledge and insights with clients, colleagues, and the wider community.
