  * Spearheaded the successful Cloud migration of a legacy on-premise Asset Management System (Ellipse) to a new cloud-based solution (Chime). Project delivered to scope, timescale and budget against externally driven timescale mitigating £1m+ renewal costs.* Lead for the implementation of the organisations first Software Asset Management Solution (Snow) providing significant license compliance risk and cost reduction through effective licence position (ELP) capabilities. To further enhance the organisation's IT Asset Management (ITAM) roadmap, project lead for the procurement activity to identify the organisation's first Configuration Management Database (CMDB).* Wider achievements include being the bridge between customer requirements and technical teams to successfully migrate on-premise solutions to the Cloud adopting SaaS, IaaS and PaaS capabilities, re-platforming and security enhancements of key operational systems (e.g.SAP) and implementing Quality of Service (QoS) capabilities to support the organisations adoption and embedding of Microsoft Teams.
