App startup company made of a team of eight innovative undergraduates with a passion for creative work and local business. Creative Connect was a platform for traveling creatives to interact with local creatives and businesses based off of their location. The app displayed the creative's work, whether graphic designer, photographer, videographer, or developer creative connect served as the intermediate between local creative and lonely traveling creatives to interact for creative and business purposes. Pilgramers also served as an advertisement agency. Once a creative has found a local creative to connect with they would then be given the opportunity to meet at local businesses while being offered an incentive to meet at said business. Pilgramers originally started as a creative page on Instagram, where creatives would attend meetings hosted by the Pilgramers team. Gaining 37,700+ creatives on board, the events became too specific to location and not every follower could attend the meet ups. Thus, Pilgramers (creative connect) was born. The app was designed, developed, and put together by a team of eight (including myself) undergraduates from Liberty University.
