The primary purpose of the Licensing Specialist is to execute mortgage licensing functions to ensure compliance with state/federal licensing requirements. This position will be responsible for submission, maintenance, and renewal of company, branch, and individual licenses. The Licensing Specialist will be responsible for tracking to insure MLO continuing.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area
