Small, medium and large business can be run in varying cultures. Highly corporate or down to earth. I have worked for all sizes and both philosophies. What makes them both successful? ( I have seen them both thrive and fail with a "down to earth or the corporate by the book mentality" the answer is their lack of fundamentals. The lack of fundamentals chases employees and clients out of the door. Fundamentals in culture, great service and grasping what the real draw of their product brings to the table.I believe in a strong core of knowledge and great service. I have always receive accolades for caring deeply in product and turning my product knowledge into a great tool for my clients benefit.My own belief in a good service and a solid team of reliable co-workers stems from years of tough phone calls, tough encounters and some feelings of hopelessness that I couldn't resolve issues without real passion and decisiveness.
