I worked on a team of interns to map the process documentation and customer life cycle at PrimeRevenue. We worked with commercial and product teams to record their responsibilities, storage facilities, and communication methods. We compiled our data to a central location. From there, we analyzed gaps or overlap in our processes and offered solutions on how the company could be more efficient. We also found outdated process documentation and updated it to our internal system. I learned day-to-day operations of the program managers and assisted with their responsibilities. This included filling in customer information to Salesforce and onboarding customers to our programs.
