Hello, my name is Jonathan Sell and I am currently a certified Service Advisor for Mercedes Benz of the Lehigh valley. I have four years of experience in helping customers stay safe in their travels. Some of my current skill sets include customer pay repair orders, warranty work, used car checks, CPO checks, as well as PDI repair orders. When it comes to being a service advisor and learning the ways as a young 22 year old navigating this role, I strive to ensure customers satisfaction comes first, as CSI scoring is a big focus of what I aim to keep at a high scoring rate day in and day out. As an EQ electric ambassador for Mercedes Benz as well, I possess knowledge about the modern expansions for the future of the automotive industry. As I continue in this line of work, I am willing to learn and grow in my position and with my team. I am always looking for the opportunity to develop my abilities and expertise in the car industry.
