MI project manage bids on behalf of organising committees such as SOCOG & LOCOG and we currently have staff in Doha managing the 2020 bid for the Qatar Olympic Association.MI have been actively involved in providing business support services to an array of Clients around the world and have been heavily involved in the 2003, 2007 & 2011 Rugby World Cups.

Royal Randwick Racecourse

Responsible for the creation, statutory planning and delivery of site master plan for Warwick Farm Racecourse.*Successfully rezoned and contracted for sale over 40 hectares of land to increase value.*Successfully developed a $285m site masterplan Also responsible for the design, development and statutory planning of a new 600 horse stabling complex at Royal Randwick.*Successfully acheived an Environmental Assessment Consent through NSW State Planning requiring consultation and strategic positioning with the ATC Board, Local Residents and interest groups, NSW State Planning Department, Multiple Government Agencies and Local Council

Responsible for the creation and delivery of site master plan for both Royal Randwick and Warwick Farm Racecourses.*Successfully achieved adoption of $400m Royal Randwick masterplan by the local Authority. *Successfully project directed Stage 1 of the redevelopment (circa $34m).*Successfully funded Stage 1 through a planned sell down of residential assets acheiving target + 12%Facility management of all property assets including Grandstands and related plant and infrastructure, nine hundred stables, on and off site residential property and two equine swimming pools across sites totalling 190 hectares. Negotiation and implementation of relevant contractual agreements with suppliers/contractors.*Successfully delivered the statutory planning, procurement and delivery of three training tracks, an under track tunnel and 400 stables at Warwick FarmJonathan Seward KEY ACHIEVEMENTS Successfully developed and managed the AJC Royal Randwick master plan · (Development Control Plan) from inception to date including adoption by the local authority. Value of fully realised masterplan circa $400million Implemented the first stage of the Randwick masterplan through the NSW · State Planning Department Part 3A (value circa $34M). Stage 1 construction completed December 2009 on time, on budget Created the business plan for and managed the sale of residential properties · to fund the $34m construction detailed above, completing on time and $4m or 12% above budget Managed the statutory process, design, procurement and construction of · multiple improvements at Warwick Farm Racecourse including three training tracks, an equine tunnel and over 400 new stables (value circa $18m) on time, on budget increasing capacity from 500 to 900 horses

Responsible for managing and driving the AJC master plan and redevelopment project. Also responsible for managing the Autumn and Spring Carnival hospitality functions and logistical planning, preparing business plans for potential future activities. Liaison with potential sponsors to attract new investment for functions aimed at attracting 10-15,000 patrons. Driving internal vision for Randwick Racecourse reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and AJC Audit & Planning sub-committee articulating brief both orally and in writing to all stakeholders. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS Delivered sold out `all ticket' Autumn Carnival Party (10,000 tickets sold) in · both years of managing event Delivered sold out `all ticket' Spring Carnival event `Springfest' · Achieved over $1million in ticket sales at all events · Delivered over 30% net profit figures at both events

Responsible for all facility management, cleaning, customer service and event set up of a 100 Hectare site including grandstands, administration facilities, stables and surrounds.Organised all race day logistics including for the Derby attracting a crowd of in excess of 150,000 spectators
