We are a Strategic Human Capital Consulting Group focused on generating value for companies in the Middle (Coordination & Management), Top Management (Direction and C-Level), and Board positions, from the entrance – with Recruitment, Selection, and Market Mapping – to the employee's exit, with Outplacement and Career Mentoring.My responsibilities include:• Leveraging diverse channels and platforms to identify and attract top talent within the industry.• Meticulously reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.• Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide customized recruitment solutions.• Staying updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to advise clients and make informed hiring decisions.• Crafting compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract qualified candidates and promote job openings across relevant platforms.• Facilitating salary negotiations, managing offer extensions, and ensuring a smooth transition for candidates from offer acceptance to onboarding.• Participating in networking events, conferences, and industry seminars to expand professional networks and stay connected with key stakeholders.• Maintaining accurate candidate records, tracking recruitment metrics, and generating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and industry standards in recruitment practices, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines and data privacy laws.• Prioritizing ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Assisting with the internal recruiting and of our subsidiary assets.• Mapping and reaching out to potential schools, partnerships, and candidates for recruiting and Human Capital purposes.• Assisting the coordination of interviews, trainings, conversations, events, and communication.• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding.• Reviewing Human Capital standards, policies, and documents.• Assisting in collecting, measuring, and presenting internal and of our subsidiary assets KPIs.• Assisting with payroll and benefits management.• Assisting the HR programs within the office: Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance & Reward.• Assisting with compliance with all social or Labor law.• Assisting employee engagement, supports development of Culture, Values and Behaviors.
