Jon has been working in construction, renovation and real estate development for over fifteen years. His expertise includes developing and maintaining budgets, coordinating and managing all construction phases, while supervising project coordinators and contractors. Jon has extensive CHAP experience with historic tax credits, zoning and permitting, cost estimating, and forecasting. Jon has multiple teams of contractors, suppliers, and has developed relationships all over the development spectrum, executing personable management skills in every project. In addition to his extensive expertise in residential and commercial construction, renovation, and real estate development, he is also highly creative! He has discovered how to parlay his personable management experience and logistical ability into a "parallel career" in Entertainment. He serves as the Supervising Producer for Women On TV (WOTV) - formerly WBTVN - new hit show "Sulavon's SheShed".
