Jonathan Shar is the founder of Australian Disability, a social enterprise that creates online media and platforms to amplify the voices and stories of people with disabilities in Australia. Since 2013, Jonathan has been leading this initiative with a vision of creating a more equitable and inclusive society for people with disabilities. He has over nine years of experience in the disability sector, and a strong background in business administration and management.Jonathan was also a policy officer at the NSW Department of Customer Service, where he supports the development and implementation of policies and programs that address the needs and interests of people with disabilities. Previously, he was a board member of Physical Disability Australia Ltd, a national peak organisation that represents and empowers people with physical disabilities. Jonathan is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in arts, majoring in social justice, at Macquarie University. He is a passionate advocate for social justice and disability rights, and a skilled communicator and networker. He speaks multiple languages, including Hebrew, French, and Italian.
