Co-founded a project called small talks:LA. The platform was created to assemble a network of people and construct safe spaces to amplify the disparate voices of Los Angeles. Through organizing events, workshops, and activities that disrupt the everyday, small talks:LA looks to leverage the expertise of the group to create opportunities for change.Recently, we won a competition to design & build the 2019 AIA Los Angeles 2x8 Student Exhibition. Titled Spatial Exchange, the exhibition was designed as an equitable space that relied on user participation to encourage engagement between visitors.Member of Designing in Color, a collaborative practice that works to challenge the historical inequities that the architecture profession has shown towards women and people of color. I am white but see myself as an ally and an advocate in facilitating conversation around increasing diversity and representation in architecture and its allied professions.

Most recently, worked from Schematic Design through Construction Administration on a 12,000 SF T.I. cancer treatment clinic for USC Keck Medicine in Arcadia, CA. Worked in Rhino to develop the design in 3D then transitioned to Revit for documentation. Worked alongside a Design Principal and Medical Planner on the design then was given the lead on documentation and consultant coordination. Was the point person for Construction Administration throughout the build-out of the clinic. The overarching goal for these projects was to ‘make healthcare cool’ and bring good design to an often neglected typology. Organized and lead numerous staff lunches to bring wider conversations about the social/political current events of Los Angeles to the office culture.Projects:-Cedars Sinai Playa Vista - 30,000 sq. ft. Firm specializing in television set design in France & across Europe. Performed schematic 3d modeling, construction drawings, renderings, and assisted site visits. In addition, worked on the design development of an apartment renovation which involved weekly site visits with the client and contractors.

Worked on the design of a house renovation, a restaurant, and a community center sponsored by Northwestern. Created renderings, assisted in schematic design and produced construction documents.
