Leadership Team for Oracle ImplementationGL and Cash Management: Prepare and book numerous GL and cash management entries including allocations of accruals and expenses, daily transactions, and reconciliations.Reconciliations: recon statements and the GL for customer refunds, cash entries, bank statements and use tax paymentsEscheatment: attempting to return customers’ money that has been forgotten about, or submitting it to the owner’s state after attempts to contact customer have failedUse Tax: calculate, report, and pay all use tax associated with the manufacturing of goods

Accounts payable/receivable: receiving, allocating, tracking, and maintaining records of all payables and receivables for a $15 million non-profit programVendor relations: find and create accounts with necessary vendors, work with vendors to get the best deals possibleHandle procurement for all departments of the agencyComplete conference booking and travel arrangements Help all departments with special projects on an as-needed basis
