With 20 years of International Hospitality Management experience, I have overseen a multimillion dollar business in Australia and assisted in the controlling of $US12.5m business in Paris, specialising in managing over $US6m in the Retail Sector. I also managed a $AUD7m business on the Gold Coast, and am currently running national Operations for Australia's fastest growing Axe Throwing company. I have elevated the company from a small business in a shed to a powerful national brand, developed operational strategies, created a financial reporting framework, designed national budgets targeting a 7% annual growth and have streamlined all operational procedures. I have watched business come and go. And by leaning on those around me, and having them lean on me, I believe in the strength of teams, and the effectiveness of strategic development, both inside the four walls and in external marketplace positioning.Currently residing in the Melbourne, I speak English and French, have dual British and Australian citizenship and am open to moving to the right state or country for the right opportunity.
