As an Implementation Project Manager at Tempus, I was responsible for all tasks related to deployment of solutions to my customers. This included the product, its configuration, modifications, training, and go-live support. Additionally, I assisted in pre-sale activities such as solution engineering, technical sales, presentations, and RFP/RFI submissions.

Shipcom Wireless held a national contract with the Veterans Administration to implement a new and standardized supply chain solution for all VA hospital locations. I was responsible for leading an implementation team at the site level. This logistics intensive project impacted most aspects of the VA's Med/Surg processes. These areas included inventory.

At HP, I was responsible for consulting with the customer, The Veterans Administration, while we implemented a new asset tracking and inventory solution. I worked very closely with software and hardware vendors to provide the best level of quality to the customer. I worked very closely with the VA Project Manager to ensure that project critical tasks were.

During my time at iRely, I was responsible for leading multiple software migration and development projects simultaneously. I also worked closely with our Quality Assurance team to improve the overall quality of our products.

During my time at Logikos, I was responsible for a wide range of Quality Assurance related processes. I worked as a team member, team leader, and consultant.
