Experienced in both bioinformatics and molecular biology techniques, I have developed skills necessary to manage multi-disciplinary research projects ranging in scale from single cell analyses to multi-center clinical trials. I have demonstrated abilities to use computational tools to evaluate large genomic datasets for biomarker discovery and to develop prognostic and predictive statistical models. Personally experienced in a variety of cellular and molecular biology techniques, as well as cell culture and mouse models, I have demonstrated abilities to investigate the roles of candidate genes and pathways in cancer and disease biology. I have established a history of working as an integral part of collaborative science teams to produce high quality work that has been published in peer-reviewed journals and which I have presented in national meetings.
