1.Performing failure analysis on products to determine the root cause of failure2. Providing progress reports of analysis as well as a final written report of analysis and findings3.Acts as the customer liaison for compliance to customer quality requirements and customer satisfaction relative to quality of products and services.4.Ensures adequacy of documents and interfaces with customer for required validation documentation to customer quality requirements such as IMDS, PPAP, ISIR, etc.6. Implement and manage supplier process and quality control plans to ensure suppliers meet product specifications.7. Perform and assist source inspection, First Article inspections 8. Perform failure analysis and approve corrective/preventive actions on supplier engineering and manufacturing issues.9.Support new supplier quality audits and site assessments.
