Working within the tax department of Corning Incorporated:• Provide transfer pricing and valuation support to international tax planning initiatives; • Support transfer pricing documentation compliance for multiple jurisdictions (including the United States and OECD member states); • Build financial and economic models in respect to a broad range of transaction classes (including, intangible and tangible property transfers, options, and financial transactions) and tax proposals; and • Provide support to other tax queries (e.g., audit, customs tax issues), as needed, from a transfer pricing perspective.
