As a Christian, my greatest goal in life is to follow the example and teaching of Jesus Christ. To guide me in this pursuit I have adopted the following core values: Faith, Integrity, and Compassion. These have become the cornerstone of our family ethos, and I created a family Coat of Arms to teach these values to my children. My leadership philosophy also comes from the example of Jesus - Servant Leadership. I believe it is the role of the leader to do everything in his power to make those under his leadership successful in their tasks and goals. The Chief Executive is in essence the Chief Servant. As Jesus said, "Let him who is the greatest among you be your servant."
