As the Head of Internal Sales I was responsible for leading a sales team responsible for selling mutual funds and separately managed accounts for the investment boutiques within BNY Mellon Asset Management. I handled recruitment, hiring, onboarding, sales management, coaching, and development for the team, helping to achieve all sales targets. I partnered with all areas of the bank to create and implement strategic initiatives, but enjoyed spending most of my time working closely with my team to help them better understand investment options and financial advisory practices.

At Fidelity Investments I was responsible for distribution of Fidelity investment solutions to financial advisors in New York and New Jersey, with an emphasis on mutual funds, 401(k) and 529 plans.

As a financial advisor, I specialized in individual and small business financial planning. I worked individually and with a team to help clients in the areas of - investments, insurance, annuities, corporate benefit, retirement, small business, and education planning.
