Volunteer position in which I respond to medical emergencies at events covered by St. John Ambulance and treat injuries. Treatment includes: splinting, bandaging, resuscitation, immobilization, administering oxygen, handoff to EMS on arrival. Skills include obtaining and recording patient information, quickly assessing danger in situations and making rapid decisions on method of treatment, driving emergency vehicles, rapidly assessing vitals and maintaining a professional appearance in uniform and on radio communication.

Operating heavy equipment used in daily activities of a landscaping company. These include Bobcat skid steers, mini excavators and various small tools such as stone saws and power tools. Along with these responsibilities come hard work and dedication to the company. Although this is not my career of choice and is only a summer job, I work hard and do my best to make the company profitable. I take personal pride in the work I do and strive for perfection in everything.

Crew leader of between 6 and 9 framers. Projects ranged from town houses to single units to decks and fences.

Worked as a framer/general labourer in the context of new home construction.

As a grade 9 student I worked between 20 and 30 hours a week after school and Saturdays. I interacted with customers, loading their vehicles and answering questions about plants and products.
