• Manage a team of six analysts responsible for NA Business long term power forecast validation and PNL attribution• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships supporting both retail and wholesale power businesses to deliver financial and customer experience targets• Actively work with Operational, Financial, Forecasting and Trading groups to ensure minimal margin erosion, accurate data, best practices, and effective strategy• Utilized AWS Athena and SQL to support reduction of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)• Validate daily power forecast for NA Business Markets (ERCOT, NEPOOL, CAISO, MISO, NYISO, PJM and Canada) and upload results into risk system• Ensure accuracy of data inputs to load forecasting systems and validate all executed contracts flow into risk systems for hedging with correct representation• Review, monitor and report on daily positions and gross margin, ensure its accuracy for reporting to Management• Assist in the production of financial and load forecasts within DE Business• Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of forecasting and revenue reporting models

• Responsible for the pricing and structuring of retail electricity transactions in deregulated markets in ERCOT, PJM, NEPOOL, NYISO & MISO• Assist in the development, maintenance, and improvement of analytic models• Perform load analytics and manipulation of historical and interval data in all markets• Understand the financial and physical market factors which affect pricing• Identify and analyze specific risk associated with each deal• Conduct Earnings at Risk analysis to determine appropriate margins and RAROC for deals in all markets, ensuring the profitability of the deals• Coordinate with internal customers to ensure deals are correctly and efficiently modeled to meet business goals

• Responsible for helping to improve and maintain the contract systems and processes, including document version control, customer agreement approval process, customer agreement retention and contract date management.• Performing defined checks on customer agreements; verifying pricing and margin calculations; ensuring customer information systems are consistent with customer agreements.• Receiving, logging, routing, and monitoring of customer agreement approval process, including timeline management• Determine pricing and calculate margins on all Texas small and large commercial contracts• Analyze large commercial contracts with revenues reaching $500,000• Recognize acceptable minor contract revisions and those that will require additional legal and/or upper management approval• Adhere to established policies and procedures including SOX compliance and other federal and state regulatory laws• Work closely with members of the contract management team as well as other internal groups including Sales, Pricing, and Billing and Market Operations
