Auto-cad Sketch-up and Revit were used for the creation of Interior design information in accordance with Brand Identity and all current Building Regulations for modular student accommodation, which were designed and built on site, separate rooms of various shapes and sizes were then transported to site on lorries.Daily roles involved being proactive in the design and production of Architectural Plans and technical information for:• Bedrooms • Dining/ Living Room “studios”• Kitchen• BathroomsFurniture layouts and Kitchen design/ Electrical and Ventilation schemes are all Co-ordinated into the design of every room. To discuss and oversee the Project life cycle and daily communication of build information with relevant Clients and Consultants. To design project install sequences and timelines in accordance to delivery and install schedules. Attended in-house project meetings and record information. To travel to site to oversee the install of builds, assist and direct tradesmen of the correct procedures where applicable. The ordering of materials and new construction items to insure time scales were adhered to and to oversee the delivery to site. Management of various staff in the design office to insure the effective creations of Build drawings were on schedule. Ensure materials for build were in stock and to generally oversee the operations from time to time when I felt they were required.

All design information for the working install drawings including Floor plans/ Elevations and Sections of the exhibition stands reflecting its proposed site location from researched venue information.All designs required areas to enable the occupants to work on a daily basis, such as refreshment preparation areas. These often included kitchen designs and areas of meet and greet.The creation of fabrication drawings for bespoke items such as laminated plinths and social media Units.Involved in existing building surveying and the creation of updated as built drawings from residential estate agents for the housing of new design offices.

A contract based role where design and fabrication drawings were required to assist in the production of Architectural and Media items after they were visualized in 3D. An intensive turnaround project, where it was my sole duty to produce technical drawings required for the build of a Ground and First floor Marketing Suite in Central London. It was my role to undertake surveys of existing buildings and obtain critical dimensions of floor and ceiling levels, and all service points.Drawings were required at concept and proposed design level to included Floor plans, Elevations and Sectional drawings, to include stair working drawings, and proposed furniture designs. All met in accordance of current building regulations, these were developed from concept designs, which illustrated the use of the clients brand identity.The scheme was a multi-purpose unit for a sales and renting showroom used for the Marketing of a new residential build.The scheme incorporated large scale recessed Plasma TVs screen walls, Interactive screens, Mezzanine Floors and all the working drawings and information required to bring the interactive Marketing Suite to life for its occupation.

A varied Design role where duties included the creation of:Technical drawings for external and internal building structures with composite panels fitted to steel and timber.
