Client Account Director
BI WORLDWIDE is a leading global performance improvement agency specialising in sales and channel incentive solutions, employee engagement programmes and event management services. Its aim is to produce measurable results for clients by driving and sustaining engagement with employees, channel partners and consumers.In my role as Client Account Director I am responsible for multiple clients across a variety of business sectors including finance, automotive, retail and technology, ensuring project delivery is executed to the highest standards. I lead and manage client account teams, ensuring they are trained, motivated and performing at high levels. The role includes financial management of client programmes including budgets, forecasting and supporting client retention and growth. Other responsibilities include:•Leading the project management of client projects, including client liaison and management of both internal specialist resource departments and external suppliers•Inducting, training and personal development of the client account team members•Managing and reviewing team members’ performance, including development and performance management where appropriate•Attending line manager briefings and ensuring relevant information is cascaded to all team members •Project managing client jobs, leading client meetings, managing timelines, reporting, communications including contact reports and project plans•Managing internal stakeholders, attending meetings, ensuring actions are delivered within agreed time frames•Managing all financial aspects of client projects: set up of jobs, budgets, forecasting, invoicing, identifying uplift opportunities, cost monitoring and time expenditure•Quality managing client jobs, ensuring Service Level Agreements are adhered to•Overseeing the briefing of internal departments including Planning, Creative and Technology•New associate recruitment; interviewing candidates for a variety of positions and job levels
