I am currently a Production Manager for the Nashville South division for Ryan Homes. I was previously the Nashville North Warranty Manager and the Regional Warranty representative for the Nashville market. I am passionate about people, quality products and enjoy building both to perform at a high level. Integrity, transparency and investing into others are critical components of who I am and are driving factors in my success. “There is never a wrong time to do the right thing. Invest your life by assisting others to succeed and you will reap the rewards in due time.”I had the pleasure of being a high volume construction project manager for 4 consecutive years. In that span I was able to accumulate 7 quarterly awards: Project Manager of the Quarter (2) and Project Manager - Customer Service Award (5 time and 4 consecutive quarters). I also was awarded both the Regional and Divisional Award for Customer Service as a Project Manager. Providing, not only customers, but trades and peers with whatever help or assistance I can to maximize their experience/success is one of my greatest desires. As a manager it is has been a genuine joy to see the team I lead not only hit their personal goals, but be a consistent leader in providing a world class customer experience. Watching others succeed is a great joy of mine and I truly desire to see people grow personally and professionally. Additionally, I am very passionate about creating a healthy culture for the team I am a part of and lead. The customer experience will truly suffer unless we have a great employee experience. It starts with a humble, yet firm conviction for doing what is right and providing that leadership through example. I truly enjoy getting to know my peers, colleagues and customers. Everything is about relationships and I pride myself on getting to know those I engage with personally so that I can provide them with what they need, they way they need it. People matter and they need to know that regardless of what information is being delivered or communicated.
