In my work with clients, I assess the needs of brands and individuals to conceptualize and create visual imagery, utilizing: vector illustrations, color palettes, and individualized typography. All while collaborating with stakeholders on design revisions to uphold their brand identity.

As an in-house marketing assistant I aided in the design of in-house marketing materials with given brand standards and expectations, and collaborated with the head of marketing on social media assets.

During my time at Bitwise Industries, I created marketing materials, branding collateral, social media assets, animations, 3D renderings, and website UI designs while in a fast-paced environment with evolving timelines and project expectations. In order to create these deliverables, I analyzed creative briefs from the strategy team, found solutions for roadblocks in various projects, and conceptualized and designed projects while working within brand standards.

Assisted in the implementation of new projects by training, communicating between staff and management, and creating resources to uphold the new projects once implemented. Additionally, assisted in creating and upholding a positive company culture therefore instilling a sense of ownership within employees over their work as well as a sense of urgency. Created and completed projects within the organization to increase income and attract new customers with the outcome of increasing sales by a few thousand within a small coffee shop.

Acted as a facilitator between employees and upper management to help better meet the employee needs.Evaluated individuals within my team to see where I could provide support for their success.
