I supervise a team of 3 in managing the operations for the Red River region of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. We provide support for a team of roughly 50 staff who invest in ~1,000 students across 4 states: Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Our tasks vary widely from communication and filing paperwork, to managing contracts and planning.

Oversee ministers who work in the Southeast area of Texas (College Station and Houston, currently). This includes doing leadership development, problem-solving, financial management/fundraising, and speaking to students on campus.
