He has worked with complex organisations to:• gain whole staff commitment to new organisational culture and more efficient ways of working • challenge ineffective working relationships within leadership teams• deliver bespoke consultancy for councils, including; research studies, development programmes and reviews of existing practice.Working with individuals Jonathan has:• helped people refocus on their priorities to be more fulfilled both at work and personally • supported people transition to higher level positions and also out of organisations• dealt with issues of loss, anxiety, self-esteem and guilt.Jonathan also has a strong back ground in strategic human resource management. He has worked for a number of national bodies, writing and delivering advice and guidance to local government on organisational development, people management and skill development. He created and managed a national team of regionally based skills and capacity advisors. Jonathan designed and delivered the 'People Skills Scoreboard', an annual measurement of local authority investment in training and development that has influenced policy work with government departments. He has created benchmarks with the Audit Commission for people management and has produced foresight studies of the long-term skill requirements for local government staff.
