I am a graduate maths and music student beginning a career in tech and software development. I'm hard-working with both a creative and a logical mind with a love of problem-solving which translates well into tech roles. What really attracts me to the tech industry, is that it’s a very structured and methodical line of work which simultaneously doesn't lack a creative aspect, with an incredible number of possibilities one can do. Though I may only be beginning at the start of my career I have a lot to offer. I currently am engaged in an 8 week Software Development course in order to upskill and advance my knowledge on website creation and coding, looking at html, JavaScript and CSS with an aspiration to go further into the tech and digital industry. I have worked at a company called Sensory Direct which focuses on products that help those with strong sensory requirements, such as weighted blankets. I was there as a picker and packer in the warehouse, and have done various other things while working there, whether it be editing product information, checking if the products had the correct weights and prices and adjusting them if needed as well as helping to implement a new system in order to make picking products for orders more efficient.
