I manage a large industrial fleet of concrete mixer trucks, loaders and forklifts. I manage twenty two employees between three different unions and salary non except. I design, manage and enforce the compliance of the maintenance plan.

My responsibilities were to; maintain a robust preventative maintenance schedule on all equipment, trouble shoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, mechanical issues on mixers/loaders/forklifts at all sites, trouble shoot driver's concerns, order and maintain spare parts, communicate with dispatch with daily available trucks, Install mixer components with welding and fabricating skills. Coordinate with outside repair shops and vehicle transportation. Respond and resolve road call problems with mixer truck defects.

I was responsible for all the heavy duty mechanical/electrical diagnostics and repairs. My skills included: Advanced electrical diagnostics, A/C repairs, welding/exhaust installation, CNG/bi-fuel diagnostics and repair, engine mechanical failure/power train diagnostics, differential repairs, brake system repairs, engine and transmission Replacements,
