I have been in the customer service fields of the hotel and tourism industries and the retail service industries. I have gleaned a lot of my skills from working in these fields I have taken all of the positive things I could from them and left the negative aspects. I pride myself on being that person that everyone love to come get help from because I give honest and uncompromisable advice. I am here to help educate my clients on technology and to fix their issues. My goal is to make computers cause less to no stress in the lives of the not so computer literate.

I felt that there is no-one out there speaking technical language in a way that the lay person can understand.
