Director Of Operations
Current- Overseeing legal functions, budget and fiscal functions, human resource compliance, information technology (IT) systems, administration, and product/services procurement.- Establish and oversee the strategies and tactics for the department as part of the annual business plan, as well as contribute to the development of PROMTUR’s long-term strategic plan.- Guide the members of the team in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of the department’s responsibilities (legal, finance, IT, administration).- Lead strategic negotiations regarding commercial alliances, international suppliers and other high-value stakeholders.- Advise on administrative and legal issues to the General Management and Board of Directors for strategic decision making.- Follow-up of the international suppliers payments.- Managing the relationship with external law firms.- Provide advice to staff in all departments on legal issues that affect the organization by reviewing contracts and other legal documents. - Liaise with insurance companies on liability, cyber security, property and other insurance matters.- Ensure compliance with financial and accounting procedures, audit recommendations, internal controls, and government and funding requirements.- Ensure compliance with applicable HR, employment and personnel laws and regulations.- Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by the organization.
