The key focus for this position is to drive customer satisfaction and the development of strongcustomer relations while delivering profitable business growth and development. • Increase module coverage to customer across APAC region with regional InfoLinkManagers• Ensure customer satisfaction is met through the onboarding process in all countries• Manage and oversee performance metrics pertaining to Sales, QBR’s and Engagement reviews for theAPAC region• Develop and manage P&L for APAC InfoLink region• Develop custom reports and conduct data analysis to identify Sales, Support, Training and other opportunities to improve product profitability

Achievements• Global acquisition, implementation and management of largest single-customer install• Management and support of top two customers by module quantity globally • Growth of customer base by 300%• Expansion of Department by over 200%• Design and Implementation of customer analytics through use of Tableau Software—now expanding globally• Design and Implementation of customer support visits—now expanding globallyDuties Include• Grow the Insite business across the Asia Pacific Region• Manage a team of product support engineers and coordinators.• Client liaising and sales at Managing Director level• Analysis and reporting of Insite product supply and use, and InfoLink data• Onboard and support major accounts, and manage existing major accounts• Oversee Invoicing and quotations• Report and process design, development, and roll out• Develop and provide training to all sales and rental teams on the Crown Insite product range.

Duties Include• Support customers who currently have an InfoLink installation • Manage InfoLink coordinator• Prospect and grow the existing business through the assistance of relevant sales teams• Provide quotations direct to customers• Provide sales presentations at Warehouse Manager level• Provide new customer demonstrations• Provide refresher training packages to the current customer base

• Working out of Fleet Sale Department• Liaise Direct with Customer during Sales process• Oversee Initial Implementation of the Infolink System at Customer Sites• Provide technical and sales support for the Infolink System• Oversee Service Departments Support of the Infolink System• Direct Customer Technical Support• Sales Department Technical Support• Customising Forklift Solutions for Fleet Customers via Configurator• Completing Commissions and Deal Sheets
