I did ~99% of the design work, pre-press graphic processing, laminating, and plot-cutting for The Sign Shop's largest client, and all that except the design work for their second largest client. I also fielded the majority of the calls from their largest client, and he has a notoriously prickly demeanor.I put together samples for new clients, I assisted estimators with finding the right solution to novel/unusual jobs, and I worked directly with customers to achieve their design & signage goals.I improved processes on the shop floor with new workflows for plot cutting that reduced print skew-inflicted errors by >75%. I improved the production floor's productivity by implementing techniques like weed lining and write-ons that allowed machines to do work that people otherwise would've had to do. I improved the effective margin on high-cost materials (3M IJ680 CR for example) with creative re-nesting of jobs that would print in batches; for a given 150' roll of material, my contributions would save about 15' on average.

Led as the IT and Technical Director. Directed the implementation of LED Display technology in ~85 LED Displays, including the largest that we had deployed. Innovated technical capacities to offer new services (such as live broadcasting and modular data display) for otherwise static EMCs. Managed the electrical and technical back-end troubleshooting for every display at the company, including maintenance and repairs. Deployed or oversaw the deployment of over 110 individualized workstations. Trained & supervised 2 other IT staffers. In a design capacity, I created personalized sales pitches with renders of prospective work for over 100 successful sales. In a training capacity, I trained dozens of client users on the operation of video production software to create dynamic advertising customized for their businesses.

Additionally reconfigured the office network, managed printers & computers for 8 other workers, and was responsible for the implementation of mobile devices to allow the shop workers to track their progress on individual headstones.
