CurrentI’m responsible for registering and qualifying applicants, explaining market conditions and areas from Maida Vale to Highgate, Holland Park to Hampstead, searching our own and other agents’ listings for the perfect property and conducting viewings. I remain with my clients right from the off, until they find their new home or their property is let or sold. I see them through the contract signing process and maintain close relationships with all the landlords, providing regular updates and property reportsLondon has the fastest moving property market in Europe and I relish keeping apace of it in an energetic property agency.
