CurrentAs the sole Director of Vita Properties, an independent sales and letting agency covering large areas of North West, West & Central London, my role is extremely diverse but as hands on as ever, and I wouldn’t change it for the world! Ultimately I am a people person and love to talk (as my school teachers and parents will bear testament to), but I am acutely aware of the importance of listening too especially when identifying people’s needs. I relish the daily interaction I still have with buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants; it helps keep me in tune with the market and the people within it – and it’s great to see happy people in happy homes.I make sure every client is treated as an individual and that we take our lead from them when finding them a home, investment, buyer or tenant. The best part of my day is talking to the clientele, winning new instructions and beating the larger firms to lettings and sales because of our approach and service promise, (but I do like to think my charm has just a little something to do with it too!) .I’m inordinately proud of Vita Properties and wholeheartedly believe that our business ethos offers a way of life and our service a personal lifestyle experience – it’s certainly a way of life for me and my dedicated, diligent team.
