Credit Officer managing counterparty exposure and providing analytical coverage of non-bank financial institutions and securitization products.

Performed various credit functions including underwriting and structuring of loan and derivative products for the group’s client base of finance companies, investment banks, money managers and insurance companies. Also underwrote CDO purchases for a $1 bln portfolio of senior, mezzanine and equity tranches in both cashflow and market value structures. Other functions served included credit review and portfolio reporting.
