● Full-cycle recruitment (job posting, identifying suitable candidates, conducting phone screens/in-person interviews, reference & background checks, negotiating offers, and preparing orientation documents)● Prepare weekly vacancy reports and monthly new hire and termination reports for the appropriate internal partners● Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System and provide updates to hiring managers and applicants ● Developing job descriptions, offer letters, and various other correspondence● Establish and maintain relationships with local college and university career centers and attend appropriate job fairs● Conduct New Staff Orientation weekly in conjunction with the Benefits Administrator● Assist with the development and preparation of training materials for company-wide staff development initiatives● Prepare all resignation acceptance and termination letters and conduct exit interviews for all employees
