- District administrator for Time and Attendance
- Monitor and administer staffing procedures relating to employee vacancies, appointments, transfers, leaves of absence, resignations, suspensions, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and attendance.
- Provide timely and accurate attendance, PTO, and vacancy reports.
- Participate in various projects and initiatives such as job fairs and employee recruitment & retention strategies.
