I am passionate about professional growth, culture, and execution, and love to share best practices with other business professionals in these areas. My background as a direct sales representative, VP of Sales, and COO for Marco has been important in understanding and delivering our value proposition to our clients as we adapt to the changing marketplace. Outside of work, I like traveling with my family and friends, following sports, reading about business and history, and playing the drums in a band with some current and former Marco guys. As a volunteer, I enjoy getting involved in areas I care about---mentoring and learning, helping businesses prosper, making the city of Casselton a good place to live, and being part of the solution not the problem. To address this, I pursued and received an appointment to the State of ND House of Representatives in November, 2022, enjoyed the first session in 2023, and am running for re-election in 2024.
