Covered recruitment, people management, remuneration, training and development, employee engagement and organisation planning.- Promoted to HR and Operations Director and drove organic sales growth, doubling it through monthly performance and target management of the consultancy team.- Took on responsibility for Legal, also becoming the Company Secretary.- In 2004 was formally appointed to the Board with a remit to identify and acquire potential companies. Worked with the CEO on the acquisition programme.

- Managing Director of own HR consultancy service to companies of all sizes. Services included recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employment law and HR policies and procedures.- Created HR function for Macquarie Infrastructure (UK) following acquisition by Kvaerner plc.- Reviewed and revised all HR policies and procedures for Dartford River Crossing Ltd.

- Reported to the Group Managing Director for this IT recruitment agency.- Recruited a national team with offices in London, Manchester, Bristol, Edinburgh and Dublin.- Put in place HR policies and procedures to create a strong base for this fast growing agency.- Business successfully sold to Hays IT in 1999.
