I am currently a Service technician for Rush truck center of Oklahoma City. Previously I was an FSR in 29 palms, CA with Oshkosh Defense working to train Marines in the proper operation and maintenance of our newest equipment, the M-ATV. I served 16 months in Afghanistan where I was the QA/QC Supervisor and M-ATV FSR for Oshkosh Defense. As the QA/QC supervisor I am responsible for every step of the UIK installation. As an FSR, I provided instructional guidance to soldiers using and maintaining our vehicles in Afghanistan. Prior to this I was a fleet mechanic for Pepsi maintaining their entire fleet of vehicles in southern Arizona. In 2008 I worked on a 6 month contract with L-3 in Hawaii as a Light/heavy wheel Mechanic and Lead T.I. I began contracting in Iraq in July, 2004 until May of 2008. I worked primarily as a Heavy wheel Mechanic with L-3 communications, ITT Systems, and a Small Arms Repairer with Lear Siegler (LSI). I have worked for 3 years as an Apache mechanic, certified as a 67RY1 from Ft. Eustis, VA in May of 2003. I served as an NCO in the U.S. ARMY, promoted in February of 1999. I worked as a Small Arms Repairer and Arms Room NCO for the last 3 years of active service and as an M1Abrams crew member prior to that.
