As the ICT Research Manager my main objective is preventing loss when product cannot be located our 18 stocking hubs in the US and Canada. I maintain an e-mailbox daily. I train and coach inventory specialists and other employees. I create and implement new processes. I work alongside IT to innovate ideas. I sporadically travel to other warehouses within the company in need of assistance with a team to accomplish specific goals, such as organizing, training, zoning, and consultation. This is my favorite part of the job.

As the supervisor for the Inventory Specialist department, I managed 5 employees, trained and coached warehouse employees, controlled multiple projects and daily tasks throughout the warehouse, conducted weekly meetings with leadership, maintained an email group, and created excel sheets and graphs to assist myself and others in those tasks.

As an inventory specialist I conducted stock checks, corrected inventory, updated spreadsheets, answered emails, and executed project plans.

As a warehouse operator I picked and processed orders for third party shipping. I have cross trained in many departments including inventory, receiving, stocking, will call, LTLs, and staging.

As a part of the seasonal team I picked and shipped online orders for the holiday season.
