Responsible for seven legal entities in Australia and NZ with turnover of $6m. Monthly Management reporting using Hyperion to New York for Marketing Services and Events business and Washington for Athlete Representation. Statutory reporting and liaison with auditors. Company Secretarial duties. Cash flow and Budgeting responsibilities. Sarbanes Oxley documentation, compliance and audits. US GAAP reporting requirements for all management reporting. HR, Legal and IT responsibilities for Octagon Australia. Liaison with all IPG companies in Australia as part of synergy focus. Liaison with IPG international companies for intercompany transactions and international focused deals (e.g. V8 Supercars event Shanghai). Commercial focus on contract negotiations and reviews.
